People Gardener with 15+ years corporate experience. 

I started my career managing projects in the field of Science, Health and the Demographic Change for the biggest corporate foundation in Germany (Robert Bosch Stiftung).

Then growing&glowing in Human Resources at Bosch in Budapest, Hungary, in different functions (employer branding, recruiting, HR business partnering) up to Senior People Manager, followed by an international assignment as HR Senior Consultant (Learning and Development) in Suzhou, China.

Taking at the end of 2021 the leap into the entrepreneurial world, founding Suzhou Grow&Glow Consulting Co., Ltd and becoming the Managing Director APAC of the NeuroMindfulness® Institute.

Since end of 2022 back in Germany and also back to corporate, now making Bosch a more diverse & inclusive place as well as improving collaboration and leadership skills as a Senior HR expert.

Professional Coach, Certified Neuroscience Upskiller & Master NeuroMindfulness Coach, having coached so far over 70 professionals with over 20 different nationalities and delivered countless soft skill and HR trainings.

My motto is “Let’s help each other grow instead of destroying each other”.

NeuroMindfulness® enables me to live a more balanced and rich life, to develop my resilience, adaptability and openness. Being able to bring insights from Neuroscience and Wisdom from Mindfulness into the leadership and HR space and into the life of people makes makes me simply: grateful.
