Decision Making - Listen to your head, heart and gut, in Shanghai

Are you sometimes having a hard time taking decisions - especially important ones? Do you feel like your head tells you something different than your heart or your gut? If this is the case, you are not hallucinating.

Neuroscience actually confirmed that we have so to say 3 brains, the head (cephalic brain), the heart (cardiac brain) and the gut (enteric brain). All these brains are able to take in information, store it and access it. When it comes to decision taking, they are all involved, but serving different functions.

In our 1 hr workshop I want to explore with you these discoveries and find out, how to make use of the 3 brains in your daily life. We will investigate their role in decision making and have an interactive session where you will actually listen to your own 3 brains connected to an actual decision. Sounds cool, no? Coming to the workshop with one brain, leaving it with access to 3 ;)

The Workshop is hosted by the non profit organization LifeSkills4me in Shanghai, a community promoting personal growth on a daily basis.
